Spring and Summer are my favorite times of the year. It seems like my workout kicks into another gear. I spend more time running trails, and in the community than at a local indoor gym. Usually when I leave home, I have my jump rope and headphones. There is something about running and stopping every now and then to jump rope. It gives me a rush and makes me want to push harder.
During my most recent run, towards the end I was beginning to get tired yet had to head up hill to get back home. I had a choice to make; I could walk slow and take forever, I could run and finish quick, or be extreme and jump rope all the way up the hill. Well of course, I chose the extreme route.
In the month of June, I will share the bible lessons that I learned from that extreme action of “JUMPing” rope all the way home.
Hope you can join me.
