Albert Einstein said life is like riding a bicycle, to keep your balance you must keep moving. This metaphor is spot on. If you stop moving the petals of the bike, the bike becomes off balanced. When people learn to ride a bike, often times, they have to learn the basics such as: balance, propelling the bike forward, turning the bike and most importantly stopping the bike. The most challenging part of learning to ride a bike is finding the balance due to gravity and fear pull at you from different directions. The learning biker struggles more with the fear of falling of the bike verses focusing on finding balance.  Life will have its up and downs this is true, however, the success is finding the balance in between the ups and downs.  So as you ride your bike on down the road remember that, potholes are masked as failures and pitfalls come to offset your balance while riding your bike. Don’t allow fear to creep in, rather allow this moment to find your balance.
