Sorry for my absence, but I’m back!
Now that we have that out of the way…
Whenever you go to a restaurant to eat, more times than none you don’t know who your server will be, nor do you know the chefs- how they prepare the food or all of the ingredients they use. HOWEVER, you do go with an expectation that both the food & service will be good.
And that, my friends, is what you call faith.
“Faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see”.
We rely on faith more than we realize, especially in our everyday lives. Our commute to & from work, doctor visits, being paid on-time…No one in their right mind goes around thinking that they’re going to be in an accident, that their doctor is going to prescribe them the wrong medication, or that their direct deposit will be delayed.
In the same way that we apply faith subconsciously, we should make a conscious effort to apply it to ALL other areas of our lives rather than compartmentalizing it….faith reflects confidence!
So today I challenge you to exercise your faith in everything that you do, and see if it won’t increase your confidence and change your perspective…have enough faith focus! Rejoice instead of crying. Praise your way into a higher faith place.
