Let’s talk about something that needs to be in our life. Food? Nope (Well actually, food is ALWAYS in order, but that’s another blog) Sex? Nope (that’s another blog as well 🙂  ) ok I won’t continue to string you along any longer, we ALL need laughter. When is the last time you had a good laugh? You know where the tears are streaming down your face, and you’re holding your stomach from cramps due to the uncontrollable burst after burst of laughter. Well if it’s been a while it’s time to find a reason to laugh.  Yes, go find you some happy!

I want to discuss with you 3 benefits to laughter, here we go!

1. Laughter relaxes your entire body. It’s been said that a good laugh will leave you tense free for at least 45 min.

2. Laughter triggers the release of endorphins. Endorphins is the body’s natural feel-good chemicals. Endorphins promote an overall sense of well-being and can even temporarily relieve pain. Yelp forget about CVS for pain medicine, let’s laugh about something!

3. Laughter boosts the immune system. Laughter decreases stress hormones and increases immune cells and infection-fighting antibodies, thus improving your resistance to disease.
