Do you pay more attention to your weaknesses or you strengths? It is important to recognize and acknowledge your weaknesses, and work on improving in those areas whenever you can, but putting too much emphasis on these areas can become a limitation to your growth. We almost always equate self-development to working on the areas where we are weak rather than growing the areas in which we are strong.
Focus on your strengths. We are all good at some things and not so good at others. Focus on your strengths and stop worrying about your weaknesses. Whichever takes up more of your time and energy is the one that will expand. Whatever you are good at, you have the potential to be great at so put time into developing those talents.
Focus on your direction. When you begin to feel aimless remind yourself of your goals, what you are trying to achieve and why. Potential with no direction will be misplaced. Assess and review your activities and your results regularly to make sure you are not going round in circles. The direction of your focus is the direction your life will take.
Focus on your contribution. Remember what you are here to do. You are to achieve your best self so that you can make an impact and bring Godly influence to the world. The greatest version of you will be developed when you use your potential to help others.
