Push Power

Have you ever tried to work out after taking a hiatus from the gym? If so, you know it can be pretty tough during those first few days back. If you are starting to work out for the first time, you too, know the dread as well.

Well, whether you are starting out or returning, one thing is certain…you must push past that initial pain and discomfort that makes you want to pack up your gym and run to the nearest exit! You see, you are developing power in the push.

You will never be able to lift 100 pounds if you can’t push past the difficulty of lifting 20 pounds. Every time you succeed at one level, your body is preparing for the next.

No matter where you find yourself today, keep pushing. You are developing power, fortitude, and resilience for your next level.
